Q: I want to consign some of my furniture and accessories. Where do I start?
A: If you have premium pre-owned furniture that you would like to consign, we're here to assist! Go to the, "Consign Now", tab at the top of this page and submit your photos. Next, we'll review your photos to determine if they're a good match for our store. If they are, we will arrange a preview or pickup. Once your items arrive at the store, our design experts will research your items, price them accordingly and then call you to obtain approval. We are partners in this process.
Q: What happens after the prices are approved?
A: We place the merchandise tickets on your item(s) and then our design experts go to work. We artfully display your pieces in our stunning showroom vignettes.
Q: Do you post new arrivals on social media?
A: Yes, once the items are styled in our vignettes, we post new arrivals on Facebook and Instagram 3-5 times weekly. With our high turnover rate, items sell quickly creating a win-win for everyone.
Q: What is the consignment split?
A: You receive 50% of what the item sells for and paid each month on the 20th.
Q: How do we get our furniture to you?
A: Bygones is the only store in San Antonio that offers in house moving. We offer complimentary pickup on large furniture items. A modest fuel surcharge may be applied by our pickup team for city pickups and surrounding areas.
